Did you log in with your Zuri Account?
To process a return, please log in to MY ACOUNT in the top left corner on zuri.life. Click Start a Return for the item(s) you would like to send back.
Did you check out as a Guest?
To process a return if you checked out as a Guest, click Register/Login and create an account with the email you provided to place your order. Click Start a Return for the item(s) you would like to send back.
Once you are signed in, select Orders, and find the item(s) that you wish to return and follow the instructions to process your return. Write the return number generated during the return process on the copy of your Packing Slip provided in Your Order Details envelope in the delivered package or print the one during the return process, and include this form in the package you are sending back.
We do not supply return shipping labels. You are responsible for shipping your return back to the boutique address provided and for tracking your return.
All returns must be received within 15 days from the date the package was delivered.
We offer returns on all items except cosmetics (ie Zuri Lips products), and intimates (undies, bras, shapewear) are final sales.
Items must be returned in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, and unwashed) with tags still attached. Damaged or used items cannot be returned.
We do not accept shoes returned with postage sticker on the original shoe box. Shoe boxes must be placed in a larger packing box.
Swimwear must be returned in original condition, tags attached, panty liner in place, and free of any odor and stains.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be issued after your package is received by the boutique. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

To do an exchange, please follow the sign in and return instructions above.
Once we receive your return, we will refund your original form of payment for the item(s) being returned and we will place a whole new order for your exchange request. If you need your exchange in a short frame of time, we recommend that you place a new order online, once you send back your original order, we will process it as a return, and refund your original form of payment.
