6 Perfect Dresses Just in Time for Spring

March 20, 2018

Dress Keepsake the Label Tobi (Sold Out) | Shoes Aldo |Bag Saks Fifth Avenue

With today being the first day of Spring and Easter right around the corner, I figured it was a perfect time to talk about all the floral, lace, and pretty dresses that will be in your starting lineup come warm weather.

This past weekend, we celebrated my cousins baby shower. Although it's still freezing here in Connecticut, I had all the springtime feels in this pleated, cutout dress. I was totally obsessed with the pleated chiffon skirt and how the flutter sleeves drape over the open back. Unfortunately, this dress is out of stock, but I linked some fabulous options below for Spring all under $100.

Styling Neutrals

What I absolutely love about neutrals is that when they are mixed and matched together, they look so effortlessly chic. Instead of relying on bold colors to make a statement, neutrals make an impact with different textures, tones, and fit. While fashion trends come and go, neutrals are a trustworthy mainstay to keep in your wardrobe. Wearing a head to toe shade, adds an instant polished vibe and elongates your frame.

Below are a few monochromatic looks to try out.

All White

There's no such thing as not wearing white after Labor Day. All white looks super polished and chic. Flared and wide leg pants will be seen a lot this upcoming season.

Tan Teddy Bear Coat

The Teddy Bear coat and white booties are huge this Winter season. Pair with a simple white turtleneck, and this is the perfect Sunday brunch outfit!

Gray Outfit

When wearing neutrals, mixing in a subtle color to off set your monochromatic look brings an airiness to your outfit.

New Year’s Eve Earrings

Three days until Christmas, and I can hardly wait!! I love this time of year for so many reasons, but one in particularly is that there are so many occasions to get dressed up and celebrate the season. We went to dinner last Saturday night with a group of our friends to Capital Grille . It was such a fun night filled with amazing food, great conversation, lots of laughs, and plenty of drinks lol!!

I wore this deep, cranberry colored wrap dress from Zara, which is under $40!! I paired it with over the knee black boots, and these gorgeous Baublebar tassel earrings from Nordstrom.

I love Baublebar statement earrings. They have so many to choose from on their site, and when I am in Nordstrom, I know I can always grab a pair if I need them right away. Since NYE is coming up quickly, I rounded up some of my favorite pairs to ring in the New Year.
